`TwePacketAppUart`クラスは、App\_UARTの拡張書式を親機・中継器アプリApp\_Wingsで受信したときの形式です。

`spTwePacket`オブジェクトから`TwePacketAppUART`オブジェクトを参照します。`spTwePacket`に`TwePacketAppUART`以外が格納されている場合は、未解釈のオブジェクトを戻します。
